No Returns After Delivery
We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in cases of damage or defect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video to initiate a replacement or refund. This video must:
Show the unopened package and the unboxing process
Clearly display the damage or defect
Be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Email your video and details to: hello@bellevogue.jewelry
Return Shipping (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
The customer must arrange return shipping using a reliable courier with tracking
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or refund, based on the resolution shared during approval
To return your product, you should mail your product to: BelleVogue, J-402, Dev Residency, Opp, Keyur Park, Nikol Naroda Road, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382350, India
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be provided in the following cases:
Damaged/Defective Products: Full or partial refund after review
Missing Items: If we can’t fulfill the missing item(s), a refund will be issued for those items
Refunds Charges
If a refund is approved in any eligible case, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
The following deductions may apply:
- 10% deduction towards payment gateway, transaction, processing, and other non-recoverable charges.
- ₹250 reverse shipping charge if BelleVogue arranges the return pickup/reverse shipping.
These charges are applicable only when a refund is approved. They do not apply when an eligible product is replaced instead of refunded.
The final refund amount will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used, tampered, or customer-damaged products
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
